Two of his students received their MA degrees and one a PhD. The PhD dissertations of two more have been submitted and they are awaiting the evaluation of the external examiners.
Pastor Nicolas Nwayuza is a model of perseverance and continuing hard work. He started his Theological studies with less than a high school end qualification in 2001 at Mukhanyo Theological College. Through the years he completed a Diploma, then completed Bachelors and Honners Bachelors degrees in Theology at Mukhanyo. In May 2016 he received his Masters degree in Theology at North-West University. Now he is ready and motivated to start with a PhD.
John Koning is a church planter in East London. He wrote his masters dissertation on contextualization. He received his degree with distinction and is now working on a PhD on the relevance of Tim Keller’s model of contextualization for South Africa.
Dr Fohle Lygunda li-M from Burundi did his research on how the teaching of Missiology in the Democratic Republic of the Congo may me transformed to ensure that this country may change from a missionary receiving country, to a missionary sending country. All his external examiners had a high regard for his dissertation, that is now in the process of being published by an international publishing organization.
